  • No harassment, bullying, or hate speech
  • Celebrate diversity and different perspectives

Safety

  • Never share personal financial information
  • Meet first dates in public places
  • Tell someone where you're going on dates
  • Report suspicious or concerning behavior

Privacy

  • Don't share others' private information
  • Respect people's photo and content rights
  • Keep private conversations confidential
  • Don't screenshot and share without permission

These actions will result in immediate account suspension or ban

Zero Tolerance

Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances
Threats, violence, or harm to others
Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
Sharing explicit content without consent
Solicitation or prostitution
Human trafficking
Promoting self-harm or suicide
Illegal activities

Not Allowed

Spam or commercial solicitation
Scamming or fraudulent behavior
Underage users (must be 18+)
Married or partnered individuals seeking affairs
Impersonation or fake profiles
Sharing private conversations publicly
Asking for money or financial information
Promoting other dating services

How We Enforce Guidelines

We take violations seriously and act swiftly to protect our community

Minor violations may result in a warning and education about our guidelines

Suspension

Serious violations result in temporary account suspension while we investigate

Permanent Ban

Zero-tolerance violations and repeat offenders are permanently banned

Appeal Process

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you can appeal the decision:

  • Email appeals@mindfuldate.com with your account details
  • Provide context and any relevant information
  • We'll review and respond within 48 hours
