2. Eligibility

• You must be legally single (not married or in a committed relationship)
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

3. Your Account

• You're responsible for maintaining account security
• One person per account (no shared accounts)
• You must use real, recent photos of yourself
• No impersonation or fake profiles
• We may verify your identity at any time

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the service for commercial purposes
• Share explicit content without consent
• Engage in illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate or hack the service
• Violate our Community Guidelines

5. Content and Licensing

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to display your profile to other users
• You're responsible for the content you share
• We may remove content that violates these terms

6. Speed Dating Events

• Events cost €5 (or local equivalent) per participation
• Full refunds available up to 2 hours before event start
• No refunds after the 2-hour cutoff
• Events require minimum participants to proceed
• We may cancel events with full refunds if needed
• Inappropriate behavior results in removal without refund

7. Privacy and Data

• We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy
• We never sell your personal information
• Messages are end-to-end encrypted
• You can delete your account and data at any time

8. Safety

• We're not responsible for user behavior offline
• Always meet in public places for first dates
• Never send money to other users
• Report suspicious behavior immediately
• You interact with others at your own risk

9. Disclaimers

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties
• We don't guarantee you'll find matches or relationships
• We're not responsible for user-generated content
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful Date shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Termination doesn't affect accrued rights or obligations

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
